As he yells this out, thunder can be heard in the background; Thunder clouds then enshroud him as he starts to spin as he levitates. Random lightening bolts arch out from the now completely cloud covered Akuma and in one brilliant blinding flash, Nega-Jupiter can be seen striking pose with his sword.
Primal Thunder
Upon calling out 'Primal', he pulls out his sword to the very heavens, summoning his energies. As more energy enters into his sword, he pulls it downwards slowly, as if he is praying silently or contimplating on how to aim toward his enemy. As he yells 'Thunder', the energy shoots out of his sword in the form of a lightening bolt as a large thunderclap can be heard. There are two possible modes for the outcome of the attack. For close range, he runs towards the enemy with his energy filled sword and slices through the air when he gets close enough. The energy then leaps from the sword like an arch of lightening which jolts as well as cuts the enemy. The long range version has him standing as he swings his sword, which sends electric energy in the direction the enemy is at, which has a 80% chance of success in shocking the enemy.
