As he shouts his transformation phrase, his whole body is engulfed in a golden aura as red and orange twinkling lights spin around him in an almost strobe light fashion. He turns around a few times as a giant star appears underneith him and creates a pillar of light around him. The light then shatters and rains down as Sailor Negavenus runs a gloved hand through his bangs and poses.
Quasar Vibration
Negavenus stands sideways towards the enemy. As he says "Quasar" his left hand balls up into a fist as he brings his arms up towards his chest. An orange aura surrounds his left fist as he throws a red-orange energy ball like a baseball pitcher as he shouts "Vibration". The energy ball rolls in a corkscrew fashion as it spirals towards the enemy. As it makes contact, the enemy experiences a mass amount of pain as the energy ball drills into the body to do major internal bleeding, if not death, upon implosion.
Topaz Tempest Chain
He stands facing the enemy with his feet planted firmly at shoulder length apart as he yells out "Topaz.." A circle of light forms from underneigth and surounds him in a column of red-orange energy. He shouts "..Tempest.." as a flurry of heart shaped linked chains spiral around the colomn of energy. As he yells "..Chain" the chains fly out and bind the enemy so that it can't move. Another option is that the chain can cut the enemy. In such cases, this attack would be more flexable then Negavenus's Comet Beam.
Comet Beam
He mutters "Comet" as he raises his hand to the sky. Orange energy appears to be gathering into the palm of his hand. As he lowers his outreached hand towards chest level, he points his index finger towards the enemy and yells "Beam". The gathered energy shoots towards the enemy in the form of a comet shaped laser beam. This attack has been known to make an enemy have at least one less limb than it did just moments ago. Also, on weaker enemies, this attack has known to melt them down to nothingness.
